Step 01
You send the drawings.
Share your façade plans and elevations, confirmed dimensions, panel material and thickness, plus the required joints, folds and fixing details.
We review your requirements and agree on the scope before detailing begins.
Step 02
We detail every panel.
FFE develops the panel division, numbering and colour layout, with corner, opening and folding details based on your project requirements.
You review the layout and fabrication details before the final DXF package is prepared.
Step 03
You receive the DXF package.
Receive unfolded panel DXF files with separate cutting and grooving layers, PDF drawings and a panel schedule, according to the agreed scope.
Your workshop prepares the CAM toolpaths and machine settings, then fabricates the panels locally.

Deliverables are agreed for each project. Final dimensions, material and fixing details must be confirmed before fabrication. Your CNC operator sets tools, machining depths and toolpaths in CAM.
